Returns
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package. After this period, a return or exchange of the garment is no longer possible.
To make a return or exchange, you must write an email to info@vergerard.com stating whether you would like to exchange the garment for a different model or size, or whether you would like a refund. In the case of a refund, you must tell us the reason for your decision.
Once we have received your email, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed. In the case of exchanges and returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as we receive the package, we will check if it is in perfect condition. Once we have checked the products to be returned, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 15 days by the same payment method (please note that you are still responsible for the payments if you have chosen to pay by instalments).
